She is survived by: her husband David Payne, Jr.; her children, Tammy Cook (Steve), Tina Wray (Chad) and Gin Chapman (Scott); her grandchildren, Katelyn, Jacob, Lily, Krysten and Lizzie; and her sisters, Susie Worsham (Kevin), Sharon Smith (Preston), Sherri Blevins (Fairley) and Connie Hounshell (Chuck).
