He was predeceased by: his father Delmonte Lewis. He is survived by: his mother Anne Sneed Lewis; and his brothers, Monte (Patty), Jim (Carol) and John (Cheryl). He is also survived by 8 nieces and nephews, his special aunt and uncle, and many cherished cousins.
