He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Folger and Lena A. Jessup; and his siblings, Gray, Danny, Charlotte and Delene.
He is survived by: his wife Stanard C. Jessup; his children, Kathryn Dickenson (John), Robert Jessup (Claudia) of Washington and John Jessup (Brenda) of Maryland; his brothers, Leon, Artie and Benny Jessup; and his grandchildren, Elizabeth, John, Naomi, Robert, John C., Nicholas, Natalie and Sonny.
