He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Ross J. Fulk and Grace Fulk (Gonser); his spouse Lavorna B. Kimmel; his children, Ricky Ross Fulk of Wawaka, Linda Tackett (Shelton) of Powhatan and Cathy Temple of Kendallville; and his siblings, Tona Halsey of Kendallville, Wayne Fulk (Donita) of Kendallville, Betty Brady and Kenneth Fulk. He was also cherished by eight grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren.
