He is survived by: his wife Reva Lewis; his sons, Steve Lewis (Donna), Alan Lewis (Lynda) and Jeff Lewis (Kathy); his grandchildren, Sarah Franklin (Derek), Lacey Atmar, Samatha Lewis and Lindsey Lewis; and his great grandchildren, Jackson Atmar, Colton Franklin, Scarlett Atmar and Landon Franklin.
