We are sad to announce that on July 14, 2021, at the age of 74, Patricia Gail Lewis (Powhatan, Virginia), born in Erwin, Tennessee passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Buster Tilson and Goldean Crawford Tilson; her sister Shirley Coleman; and her grandson Bryce Lewis. She is survived by: her husband Dale Edwin Lewis Sr.; her children, Pam Lewis Hash (John), Dale Edwin Lewis Jr. (Angie) and Missy Lewis Martin (Tim); her sisters, Brenda Burton and Lisa Forrest; and her grandchildren, Sarah (Alec), Katie (Michael), Celeste (Chris), Frank (Brittany), John III (Moya), Claire, Kalynn (Nick), Grace, Anna and Luke.
