He was predeceased by: his wife Patsy White Snow; his parents, Neal Sr. Snow and Vera Beverly Snow; and his brother Dale Snow. He is survived by: his children, Roger Snow (Jean) and Kathy Snow Gibson (Steve); his grandchildren, William James Snow (Nicole), Pamela Snow Sadler (Trey), Brian Neal Snow (Marie Casey), Kevin Neal Gibson (Elizabeth) and Justin Kirk Gibson (Ashley); and his siblings, Elsie Dillard (Ralph Dillard) and Kenny Snow (Sandy). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
