He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy O'Brien and Barbara O'Brien. He is survived by: his wife Tanya O'Brien; his children, Amber O'Brien, Trevor O'Brien, Callie O'Brien and Cindy O'Brien; his stepchildren, Jordon, Andrew and Hannah; his granddaughter Autumn Rayne; his siblings, Linda Tucci (Renzo) and Steve O'Brien; his nephew Jason Goodman (Stacey); his children, Katie Goodman, Kelsey Goodman, Ryan Goodman (Melanie) and Amelia Goodman; and also Robbie Goodman (Liz).
