He was predeceased by: his mother Barbara; and his brother James. He is survived by: his wife Patricia; his sons, Caleb and Drew; the parent of his children Lara Randall (John); his stepdaughter Haley Timberlake; his father Edward (Pearl); and his siblings, Terri Harbour of Kentucky, Denise Sikkema, Diane Fortney, Mary Danz and David Trojanowski of Michigan. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
