It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Margaret Cosby Higham (Powhatan, Virginia), who passed away on April 21, 2023, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Edward Higham; and her daughter Lynnette Riner. She is survived by: her son Ernest. She is also survived by three grandchildren.
