He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter and Evelyn; his brother Norman; and his grandson Steven Richards. He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Richards; his siblings, George (Lulu), Larry Richards (Diane) and Irene Basham; his sons, Steven and Michael Richards (Sarah); and his stepsons, Gregory (Rindy) and Jeffrey Douglas. He is also survived by many nephews, nieces, and cousins.
