He is survived by: his wife Brenda Butterfield; his grandchildren, Phillip, Peter, James, Liam, Conner and Charlie; and also, Eric Butterfield of Henrico, Cristina Butterfield of California, Matthew Riffell of Powahtan and Kristen Bean of California.
