She was predeceased by: her parents, Jim Davis and Jessie Davis; and her siblings, Kenneth, Buddy Davis, Jane Lois Edwards and Linda Dawson.

She is survived by: her husband Roger Cook; her children, Judy Reynolds (Stuart), Suzi Kopilchak (Steve) and Kevin Cook (Lisa); her granddaughters, Ashley Dacey (Ben), Lindsey Davis (Sean), Katie Easter (Kevin), Meghan Campbell (Blake), Rachel Hodges (D. J.) and Madison Cook (Jake Berman); her great grandchildren, Hunter Kantzler, Bryson Kantzler, Ellison Davis, Langston Kantzler, Raelynn Campbell, Kyle Dacey, Emery Davis, Everett Davis, Briggs Dacey, Oliver Easter and Jacob Berman; and her siblings, Barbara Cook (Ellis) and Bobby Davis. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
