He was predeceased by: his wife Pat; his brother Bruce Betts; and his grandson Heath Christopher Turner. He is survived by: his daughters, Yvonne Holliday, Fiona Turner and Emily Betts; and his sisters-in-law, Diana Tamkin and Gillian Frasier.
