She was predeceased by: her parents, Herman Marks and Billie Marks; and her brothers, Steve Marks and Tommy Marks. She is survived by: her husband Ty Martin; her children, Chip Franklin (Sheila) of Powhatan and Lori Smith (Josh) of Chesapeake; and her brother Corky Marks of Goochland. She is also survived by ten grandchildren.
