We are sad to announce that on February 13, 2020, at the age of 79, James L. Frayser (Powhatan, Virginia) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his wife Joyce L. Frayser; his children, Tommy Frayser (Cindy) of Cartersville and Lynn F. Oliver (Jamie) of Buckingham; his siblings, Clarence Frayser (Kris) of Florida and Catherine Proffitt of Richmond; his grandchildren, Jessica Oliver, Derek Guess, Darin Guess and Darci Guess; and his close friend Rexee. He is also survived by three great grandchildren.
