It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Edward Barden of Powhatan, Virginia, who passed away on June 17, 2022, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He is survived by: his significant other Joyce; his pet Twix; his children, Deborah Henshaw (James), James "Jimmy" Barden (Chrystal) and Susan Allan (Billy); his stepsons, Robert Smith (Tina) and Andy Smith (Traci); his grandchildren, Ricky, Melissa, James, Karley and Carter; his great grandchild Camden; his stepgrandchildren, Lauren, Bryant, Sarah and Andy; and his siblings, Eleanor Palmore and Joe Barden (June).
In lieu of flowers a memorial donation may be made to St. Judes Hospital.
