He is survived by: his wife Arlene Rakers Booker; his son Chris Booker (Ann); his grandchildren, Emily Booker and Zach Booker (Kelsey); his great grandchild Carson James Booker; his stepchildren, Don Steiner, Kristy Thurber (Jonathan) and Kerry Martin (Kevin); and his stepgrandchildren, Ashton, Elizabeth, Jacob, Claire Thurber, Ellie, Adam and Abby Martin.
