He was predeceased by: his son Floyd Grant Henshaw, Jr.; and his grandson Thomas Michael Urso. He is survived by: his wife Ruth Craig Henshaw; his sister Dorothy Tilman; and his children, Frank Henshaw, Peggy Henshaw Tetterton and Jenneane Henshaw. He is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren.
