It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ernestine Rice Tomblin (Powhatan, Virginia), who passed away on February 11, 2020, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her children, Kenneth R. Tomblin of Florida, Michael L. Tomblin of Ohio and Wanda S. Escobar of Powhatan. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren, many great grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.
