We are sad to announce that on July 11, 2020, at the age of 77, Dwayne Edwin Wingard (Powhatan, Virginia) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his wife Lona Grace Winegard; and his daughter Cheryl Howie. He is survived by: his daughters, Lee Howard (Darryl), Dwayna Winegard and Diann Frank; his brother William Winegard; and his grandchildren, Zachary, Charles, Dakota, Sheena, Shaun, Krystal, Tracy and Tiffany. He is also survived by nine great grandchildren, 3 nieces.
