She was predeceased by: her husband Wirtley T. Jr.; and her son Wirtley T.. She is survived by: her sons, Warren (Evelyn), David (Debbie), Dale (Dawn) and Ted (Susan); and her siblings, Floyd Walls Jr. and Ellen Brown. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren and their spouses and 14 great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Graceland Baptist Church.
