We are sad to announce that on December 14, 2018 we had to say goodbye to Dillard Ray Passmore (Powhatan, Virginia). You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his daughters, Kathy Sharlene Rowe and Karen Laverne Passmore. He is survived by: his children, Kenny Passmore (Debbie) of Chesterfield, Danny Passmore (Marty) and Pamela Franklin (Oscar); and his sister Juanita Solesbee Angelo. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and eleven great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to Powhatan Volunteer Rescue Squad.
