He was predeceased by: his parents, Cebert Franklin Alley and Katherine Louise Monohan; and his brother James Richard Alley. He is survived by: his wife Brenda R. Alley; his stepson Steve Elswick; his sisters, Barbara Rost (Ron), Debby Edwards (Larry) and Cathy Gulledge; his grandchildren, Stephen Elswick and Leah Glassford; and his great-nephew Sam Sims.
