She was predeceased by: her mother Eleanor; her siblings, Ronnie, Kenny, Walley and Betty; her husband A. J. "Ski" Polubinski; her daughters, Doris Polubinski, Ginny Tremblay and Larnie Reczek; and her stepfather Art Schecher.
She is survived by: her children, Anthony Polubinski (Martha), Evelyn Schaber (Edward), Sue Hensley, Kari Combs and Rhonda Durrbeck (Michael); her sister Linda Johnson (Kenny); and her grandchildren, Tabitha, Anthony, Amber, Robert, Zachary, Joshua, Liam, George, Jordan and Bryson. She is also survived by numerous great grandchildren, neices, nephews and cousins.
