She was predeceased by: her husband Norman W. Garrett, Sr.. She is survived by: her children, Rhonda Garrett Luttkus (Steve) and Norman Wesley Garrett, Jr. (Pam); her grandchildren, Katelynn Garrett Taylor (Kurt) and Norman Wesley Garrett, III; and her great grandchild Rowen Taylor.
