With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Allen Zaro Cook of Powhatan, Virginia, who passed away on January 16, 2024 at the age of 89. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Allen Zaro Cook to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his wife Carol Nichols Cook; and his parents, Columbus Walter Cook and Laura Ethel Johnson Cook. He is survived by: his children, Kenneth Cook (Debi) of Florida, Bruce Cook of Powhatan and Lisa Vaughan of Powhatan; his grandchildren, Jessica, Amanda, Caitlin, Jenna, Logan and Lauren; and his great grandchildren, Sophia, Emery, Wyatt and Olivia. He is also survived by seven brothers, five sisters, and many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers please make donations to the Gospel Light FORWARD Building Fund.
