He is survived by: his sons, Aaron Lowe (Carrie Vance) of Richlands, VA and Jason Lowe (Sandra) of Pounding Mill, VA.; and his grandchildren, Britney Galina (Crystal), Josh Ratliff, Brandi Baldwin, Faith Houchins (David), Isabella Honaker (Walton), Damian Lowe, Joseph Vance, Ethan Bogle and Devin Bogle. He is also survived by five great grandchildren.
