He was predeceased by: his parents, Reverend Paul Dean Mays and Wilma Gay Casey Mays; and his wife Elizabeth "Beth" Mays. He is survived by: his children, Dylan Mackenzie Mays of Cedar Bluff, Wesley Dean Mays of Cedar Bluff, Virginia and Crystal Schwartz (Mark) of White Lake, Michigan; his sisters, Judy Cole (Darrell) of Bristol and Paula Mays of Swords Creek, Virginia; his stepmother Wanda Mays; and his grandchildren, Nolan Mays, Calum Mays, Samantha Feeley and Brooke Zeola.
Per COVID-19 guidelines, everyone will be required to wear a facial covering at all times.
