She is survived by: her husband Ronald Stephen Tackett; her children, Ronald Stephen Tackett, Jr., Lisa Dawn Tackett, Deborah Ann Tackett and April Carmen Tackett Blackellar; and her siblings, James Kershner, Steven Kershner, Ronnie Kershner and Donna Worley. She is also survived by her family, she adored her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
