He was predeceased by: his parents, Johnnie Willard O'Quinn and Rausie Sullivan O'Quinn; and his brothers, Lester O'Quinn and Lonnie O'Quinn. He is survived by: his daughter Sybil Godbey (David) of Russell County, VA; his siblings, Lefty O'Quinn of Belfast, VA, Leon O'Quinn (Nancy) of Tazewell, VA, Johnny O'Quinn, Jr. (Mary Catherine) of Cliffield, VA and Rose Ellen Harris (Ezra Lee) of Belfast, VA; and his grandson Oliver Godbey. He is also survived by best friend.
