He was predeceased by: his parents, Isom Jackson Bailey and Ocie Faye Underwood; his grandson Jackie D. Lanier; and his sister Brenda Tackett. He is survived by: his wife Selena Cline Bailey; his children, Jackie Earl Bailey (Felicia) of Asheboro, Sara Bailey (Danny) of Thomasville and Donita Davis (Jarrett) of Pounding Mill, VA; his grandchildren, Hunter, Aaliah, Mackenzie, Nevaeh, Jaxon and Brantley; and his siblings, Nancy York (Ronnie) of Myrtle Beach, Sophia Coleman (Dennie), Isom Bailey, Jr. of Thomasville and Elmer Bailey. He is also survived by his grandchildren, children, family, friends.
