She was predeceased by: her parents, Freddie Clevinger and Edna Clevinger; her son Sandy Blankenship; and her brother Jim Clevinger. She is survived by: her grandsons, Josh Blankenship of Grundy, VA and Jason Blankenship of Abingdon, MD; her siblings, Louise Brown (Danny), Clara Fletcher, Florence Baker, Jerry Clevinger (Janice) and Danny Clevinger (Pat); her great grandchildren, Capri Blankenship, Rylan Blankenship, London Blankenship, Molly Blankenship and Kendyl Blankenship; her close friends, Maudie Lester and Vickie Monk; and her stepdaughter Jaynee Lea Huffman.
