He is survived by: his father Freddie Lee McCoy of Pounding Mill; his wife Patty Lawson McCoy; his brothers, James McCoy of Pounding Mill and Jeffrey McCoy of Pounding Mill, Virginia; his stepdaughters, Beth Vance and Amanda Strouth; his stepgrandchildren, Holly Vance, Madison Strouth and Dustin Vance; his aunts and uncles, Bonnie Blankenship, Kathy Blankenship, Teresa Lester, Vickie Lester, Henrietta Hardin, Billy McCoy and Eddie Blankenship; his nephews, Bryan Charles McCoy, Dustin Ray McCoy and Jeffrey Tyler McCoy; and his niece Taylinn McVoy.
