She was predeceased by: her parents, William Boyd Rife and Edgar Mae Bucklen Rife; her husband Leonard Elmer Horn; her daughter Janet Reynolds; and her siblings, Homer Rife, Estil Rife, Madgie Vandyke and Marie Meadows.
She is survived by: her granddaughter Bethany Nicole Quesenberry of Pounding Mill, VA; her sister-in-law Virginia Rife; and her caregiver Della Hoops. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
