She was predeceased by: her parents, Dewey Ball and Ruth Rankin Ball of Cedar Bluff, VA.; her brother Daniel Wesley Ball; her grandparents, Hurley, Hattie Lea Jackson Ball, Thomas C. and Mable Rankin; her uncles, Ronnie Ball, Thomas C. Rankin, Jr. and Herbert Rankin; and her aunt Judy Ann Rankin.
She is survived by: her husband Travis Elkins; her sons, William Elkins and Zachery Elkins; her brothers, Randall Lee Ball of Cedar Bluff, VA and Dale Ball (Sarah) of Tazewell, VA; her parents-in-law, Ruby and Carlis Elkins; and her brothers-in-law, Eugene Elkins (Patty) of Swords Creek, VA, Chester Elkins (Sandy) of Paintlick and Keith Elkins (Becky) of Swords Creek, VA. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
