With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Betty Jo McGlothlin of Pounding Mill, Virginia, who passed away on July 9, 2021 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Douglas and Hattie Ball Wilson; her husband James "Jim" McGlothlin; and her siblings, Rev. Leslie Edward Wilson, George Otis Wilson, Donald Wilson and Nelchene Sharp.
She is survived by: her daughters, Karen Smith (Randy), Donna White (Brinson), Kathleen McGlothlin and Jamie Homard (David); her grandchildren, Kelly Smith Lester (Mike), James Wilson "Will" Smith, Brinson Carter White II (Libby), James Walker White, Mattison Elizabeth Homard and David Grant Homard; and her great grandchildren, Avery Grayson Lester and Emma McKinley Lester.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in her memory to Covenant Presbyterian Church, 235 Mall Church Road, Cedar Bluff, VA 24609.
