He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Bolling and Anne Lora Colley Bolling; his siblings, Anita Bolling Fleming and Gary Neal Bolling; and his daughter-in-law Glema Sue Bolling.
He is survived by: his wife Jane Baker Bolling of Pound; his children, Shelton Reed Bolling of Grundy, Penny Bolling of Pound and Beth Bolling of Knoxville, Tennessee; his brother Clarence "Sonny" Bolling of North Carolina; his grandchildren, Jocelyn Gibson, Jon Habersetzer and Clint Bolling; and his great grandchildren, Ian Williams, Chance Williams and Macy Williams.
