She is survived by: her husband Philemon Strouth of Wise, VA; her children, Cuba Mullins (Frank) of Lake Park, GA and Douglas Mullins, Jr. of Pound, VA; her grandchildren, Joshua Potter (Shannon), Justin Potter (Karrie), Eliza Mullins, Sophie England (Daniel) and Olivia Elkins (Landon); her great grandchildren, Caleb and Megan Potter; and her siblings, LaVonne Reed (Bob), Charlene McGuire (Terry), Jackie Bates and Ernie Elkins (Cleo). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
