He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Milton Mullins, Sr. and Susie Mae Salyers Mullins; and his brother Kevin Burns. He is survived by: his wife Brandy Mullins; his children, Haley Mullins and Andrew Gage Mullins; his grandchildren, Levi Nathaniel Snyder, Liam Alexander Mullins and Lilly Anne Barnette; and his siblings, Jackie Burns of Appalachia, Frank Mullins (Cuba) of Valdosta, GA. and Francine Smith (Kendell) of Sandy Level, VA. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
