He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Willie, Bernice Gentry, Bobby and Faye Brummitt; and his brother-in-law Chris Strouth.
He is survived by: his parents, Ephriam Gentry and Debra Gentry (Brummitt); his children, Brittany Gentry and Ira E. Gentry III (Trey); his siblings, Michelle Strouth and Willie Gentry (Ashley); his close friends, Billy Hibbitts and Les Hamilton; and his sister-in-law Ashley Gentry. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
