She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Eversole and Joann Eversole. She is survived by: her husband Joel David "Jake" Mullins; her daughters, Amanda Rene Tolliver Natale (Bob Natale) of Jonesborough and Tara Lynn Tolliver Martz (Colin Martz) of Atlanta, Georgia; and her grandchildren, Amy Lynn Duvall (Alex Duvall) of Louisville, Clove Lex Natale of Louisville and Mike Thomas Natale of Jonesborough, Tennessee.. She is also survived by 4 sisters and 2 brothers.
