It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Maria Altagracia Acevedo-Casta of Potomac Falls, Virginia, who passed away on March 15, 2021, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Federico Acevedo and Carmen Santiago. She is survived by: her husband Alfredo Casta-Velez; her children, Alfred (Enid), Heidi (Héctor), Ingrid (Jose) and Gretchen (Matt); her grandchildren, Nicole, Pablo, Miguel, Amanda, Diego, Alfredo, MariCeci, Bianca, Alejandro and Ana; her siblings, Fanny (Guandy), Fico (Candela), Turin (Cuca) and Robbie (Marina); and her sister-in-law Dadda. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the National Breast Cancer Foundation, Inc. in honor of Maria A. Acevedo-Casta.
