Hughes in Potomac Falls, Virginia, born in Balmville, New York, who passed away on January 12, 2024, at the age of 101, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Bette Masterson. He is survived by: his children, Donna Fallander, Michael, Cheryl Hughes, Colonel Richard (Ret), Karen Marchant and Gina Hughes. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
