She is survived by: her husband Navy; her children, Terry Otis (Nancy), Richard Otis (Patricia) and Nancy Otis Chamness (David); and her niece Maureen Adams Otis. She is also survived by eight other nieces and nephews, five grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
