With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of William Frank Minga Sr. of Portsmouth, Virginia, born in Isle of Wight, Virginia, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 6, 2025 at the age of 79. He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Lee Minga and Frances King Minga. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Mae Minga; his stepdaughter Teresa Harwell (James); his children, Glenie Minga Jones (Dale) and William Frank "Bill" Minga, Jr.; and his grandchildren, Andrew (Katie), W. N. (Courtney), Ashley, Clay and Colt (Lauren). He is also survived by five great grandchildren.
A graveside service was held on Wednesday, April 9th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the St. Luke's Memorial Park Cemetery (14477 Benns Church Blvd, Smithfield, VA 23430).
