Bowers; her sisters, Wanda White (Les) and Lenora Mullins; her children, Justine McArthur, Michael Smith and Jason Campbell; her grandchildren, Rayanne McArthur, Leo McArthur, Gracie Smith, Braxton Smith and Bryona Smith; her godson Ryan Collins; and her brother-in-law Jeff Carneal. She is also survived by many other nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, March 26th 2025 from 5:30 PM to 7:00 PM at the Sturtevant Funeral Home (5201 Portsmouth Blvd, Portsmouth, VA 23701). A funeral service was held on Thursday, March 27th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
