She was predeceased by: her parents, Anne Elizabeth Shelton Sclater and William Perkins Sclater; and her brother William Perkins Sclater, Jr.. She is survived by: her son Richard Sclater Bremer (Rebecca Sue Bremer); her grandsons, Richard Shelton Bremer and Wesley Javan Bremer; and her children, James William Bremer (Theresa Green Bremer), Ashley Ann Bremer, Amanda Marie Bremer and Bethany Lee Bremer.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Association in Sarah's memory.
