Visitation was held on Thursday, April 3rd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Fisher Funeral Home (1520 Effingham St, Portsmouth, VA 23704). A funeral service was held on Friday, April 4th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the First Baptist Church (112 Mahan St, Suffolk, VA 23434).
Her steadfast commitment continued until her celebrated retirement in 2006, when her contributions to Portsmouth families were rightfully recognized.
