In the vast expanse of eternity, Robb shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Robb farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Tex Minter and Nancy Minter. He is survived by: his siblings, David Minter (Brandie) and Elise Voisine (Ray); his nieces and nephews, Tristan of Portsmouth, Emma Minter of Portsmouth, Joshua of Portsmouth, Jocelin Voisine of Portsmouth, Lauren Voisine Crump (Austin) of Oakwood, GA, Eric and Ashlynn Minter of Sheldon, WI.; and his friends, Phillip Brown of Chesapeake and Ashley Staley of Dauphin, PA..
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, March 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Loving Funeral Home Churchland Chapel (3225 Academy Ave, Portsmouth, VA 23703).
